Favorite Webpages

We often get asked who, where, and what we recommend for a variety of things.
These are our favorite webpages and resources.

2012 Memberships
New Hampshire Mushers Association
New England Sled Dog Club
Mount Cardigan Snowmobile Club

My Cookie!
Sleds and Sled equipment

We got a rocking sled from the folks at Maine Made. If Nik breaks it though, he's going to have to buy me a new one or go back to the basic sled for his team!

Feel free to contact us for more information or to schedule a visit.

We also recommend visiting
Sled Dog Central!  It is a wonderful website to explore other kennels or to find out about races.  There is even a dog-truck photo gallery!
Kennels whom we work closely with-without their help, we'd be stuck in a snowbank!!!

Some of these kennels do not have a website :(

Aniscar Kennel

Sammy-Sam-Sampson came from Angie and Chris Carter. Aniscar is more of a sprint siberian kennel, but again, its the connection between mushers and kennel philosphy. So while goals are different, we have lots in common.

Braeburn Siberians

Cleo, Pace, Taiga and Luna all hail from Braeburn.  I know the Braeburn dogs well and enjoy spending time on their farm.  If it wasnt for Kathy's enthusiatic attitude, I dont know if we would have gotten into mushing.  Cleo and Payson were our first sibes, and I was there for Taiga and Luna's birth.

Barking Brook
We just love Whatleigh!! and we have such a great connection - we share the same canine philosophy, which is incredibly important.  Whatleigh is starting a touring business, MushMellow Adventures!

Kelim Siberians

Kim and Kelly are always quick (and patient!) to answer our questions about anything and everything Siberian.  They have been instrumental in providing unpolitical advice and helping us integrate into the sport.

Mishawum Siberians

We just love talking to Bob and Rhonda about siberians and running.  They have loads of experience and we have lots in common outside of dogs.

Christine is a fantastic teacher.  We rely on her for day to day fiascos and team up with her and some of her contacts for caravan training (multiple teams leap frogging on a trail).  She also gives us great pep talks and instruction.  She is incredibly patient and an amazing teacher.

Lidia is another amazing woman who has the most beautiful dogs.  She shares our philosophy as well.  We are hoping to enter into a partnership with her in the next year after she has a litter of HEDLAND HUSKIES.  There are only a few kennels in the country that produce this rare and historical breed, and Lidia has enthusiatically embraced them.

Cute as a button!

While we always try to have a sitter come to the house if we are going away, we recommend:
